With over 12 years of industry experience, Rajveer Singh Chandel has worked with
top hospitality brands like Taj Lands, Sheraton, and The Leela before shifting to
aviation. He held key roles at IndiGo and Qatar Airways, serving as Chief Security
Officer and Training & Development Manager at Doha Airport.
Returning to India in 2021, he has been actively involved in training at IIMs, IISTs,
and other leading institutions. He mentors students in GDPI and hospitality, making
sure they step into their careers with the right expertise and confidence.

MS. Surbhi
Aviation HOD
We are thrilled to have Ms. Surbhi at Skyarenaa as our Aviation
HOD. She is a dedicated Aviation professional and former Cabin
Crew member with strong experience as an Aviation Trainer
and Mentor for almost 10 years.
She started her journey with Indigo Airlines, exploring a wide
range of domestic and international destinations,
and went on to work with several leading aviation training
centers throughout her career.
Ms. Surbhi has successfully guided and prepared numerous
aspiring candidates to achieve their goal of becoming cabin
crew, offering personalized coaching, interview preparation,
and industry insights. Known for excellent communication,
empathy, and the ability to inspire confidence while maintaining
high standards of safety and service.
Alkesh Raghuvanshi
Centre Head/ Ground Staff Instructor
Alkesh Raghuvanshi is an aviation professional with 12 years of
experience across four major Airlines: Air India, Goair, Spicejet
and Indigo.Throughout his career, he has held various key
positions, Gaining In depth knowledge of aviation security and
customer service.He has actively participated in different
training programs and has also served as a trainer, successfully
mentoring numerous colleagues to uphold Industry standards
and enhance service quality.
He is a certified security personnel recognised by the Bureau
of civil Aviation security.

Vincent Thomas is a seasoned soft skills and communication
trainer with 18 years of experience shaping confident, service-
oriented professionals for the aviation, cruise, travel, and
hospitality industries. Skilled in personality development,
customer service, etiquette, leadership, and training design,
he has successfully trained diverse groups, helping them excel
in high-pressure, customer-focused environments. Known for
his calm demeanor and ability to connect with youth, Vincent
consistently delivers transformative, industry-ready training that
enhances employability and professionalism.
Radhika Krishnan
Communication Trainer
Ms. Radhika is an enthusiastic, dynamic and results- oriented
Communication Trainer, with over 20 years of experience in
developing and enhancing Communication Skills for learners
at various proficiency
levels. She brings expertise in communication mastery and
interpersonal effectiveness.She specializes in bridging
communication gaps and focusing on key areas such as
presentation skills, interpersonal communication, active
listening and public speaking.Her training style combines clarity

Professor Mishra’s journey is nothing short of remarkable. Having
served as the head stylist for Malaika Arora Khan, she has worked at
the pinnacle of the fashion industry, curating impeccable styles for
renowned personalities. Her expertise extends beyond glamour—she
has won several prestigious pageants, proving her mastery in elegance,
confidence, and presentation.
Beyond the world of fashion, Professor Mishra has dedicated herself to
social impact, actively participating in government programs and NGOs
aimed at uplifting underprivileged children. Her commitment to
empowering young minds through education and mentorship has left
an indelible mark on many lives.
Vaishali Verma
Corporate & Finance Mentor

a distinguished finance expert whose dynamic career has

for aspiring professionals. With over a decade of experience,
Professor Verma brings a unique blend of financial expertise
and creative industry insights, making her an exceptional guide
for students. Her journey began in the banking sector, where she
mastered financial management, investment strategies, and
corporate finance. However, her passion for exploration led her
into the world of fashion, where she worked alongside top
designers, gaining first-hand exposure to the business side of the
creative industry. Over the years, she has actively participated in

Returning to her roots in finance, Professor Verma has since dedicated
herself to educating and training young minds, ensuring that they
understand the principles of money management, investment, and

Vishnukanth Kendre
Travel & Tourism Instructor
We are delighted to have Mr. Vishnukanth as our Travel & Tourism
Instructor at Skyarenaa, He is a skilled polyglot with the ability to
speak and write in multiple languages, he brings a strong global
perspective to travel mentoring.
As an experienced traveler with firsthand exposure to numerous
domestic and international destinations, he guides our students
with real-world insights and practical knowledge of global travel
dynamics.
Over the past 3+ years, he has worked with various travel companies
in roles across sales and operations, and he is currently associated
as the International Operations Head with Glabol India, where he
is using his expertise in managing global travel processes and
delivering exceptional travel solutions.
Dev Mishra
Hospitality Trainer
Mr. Dev Mishra is a Hospitality Training & Development Executive
with professional experience at esteemed hotel brands such as
Taj Hotels and IHG Hotels.
He brings in-depth knowledge of all major hotel operations,
including Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food
Production. With a strong foundation in core hospitality functions,
Mr. Dev delivers training that blends real-world operational expertise
with practical, hands-on learning, ensuring students gain both
confidence and true industry readiness. His sessions focus on
enhancing professional skills, communication, grooming, service
excellence, and overall workplace competence.
